Our general terms and condition apply for all orders and must be accepted with each order.
We reserve composition- and literal mistakes in our catalog and the online shop.

 

Delivery and payment
You have to pay the amount of invoice with receipt of consignment. Postal service is taking a small amount on delivery fee (app. EUR 3,50 for austria) for COD parcel.

 

For the delivery of the packages we charge small fees. Orders will be accepted under reserve since we receive our products itself in time and do not represent possible availability. Compensation is not possible, as far as there is no carelessness or intention. In case of unavailability we will inform you at once. All delivered products remain property of Sea of Spa Austria as long as the full amount of the invoice is paid. We reserve the right to demand an income comment from you under certain circumstances and respectively deliver with COD parcel only. Customers younger than 18 years require the signature of the respective attorney. The contribution of items is only allowed in domestic quantities.

 

Guarantee

If the delivered goods show signs of noticable material errors or manufacturing defects (also transport damage) please state such occurences immediately to us or our contractor Hermes. There are no consequences for your legal requirements if you do not appoint this claim in time. For all shortcomings which accumulate within the legal period of warranty the following legal requirements at buyer’s option apply on supplementary performance, on removal of defects/refund – valid upon legal premises – extensive requirements on decrease or rescission as well as on compensation including replacement of the damage instead of the implementation as well as the replacement of your futile expenses.

 

Prices

The stated prices in the printout and the online shop include the legal VAT and are valid until 31th of December 2008. The significant currency for Sea of Spa Austria is EURO.
